How we can help
Generally speaking, matters handled by our General Litigation team will fall into one of two categories:
- Cases based on a Contract – an agreement between two or more parties
- Cases based on a “Civil Wrong”, either deliberately or through negligent activity
As every case is different, there is no standard way of dealing with General Litigation cases; each one receiving the individual attention it requires.
We will advise on the best ways to avoid court proceedings and, where necessary, can negotiate on your behalf. Should litigation look increasingly likely we will provide our full support, advising you beforehand on your chances of success and potential value of your claim.
